We are looking for a part time Office Clerk (Approximately 8 to 10 hrs/week) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, mainly to enter Accounting data into QUICKBOOKS ONLINE. Our Accounting system is already in place and totally up to date. If you have previous experience in this field and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Accounting data entry on QuickBooks Online: enter bank deposits, credit card charges, pay bills, print checks, reconcile bank accounts, etc.
- Office document filing
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll information
- Make payroll and sales tax payments
- Copy, fax, and email documents
Skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a must
- Strong accounting data entry background
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school degree
